By Limousine Bus
It is suggested that the most practical and cost effective method is to take a Limousine Bus from Narita International Airport to the Hotel. Tickets may be purchased from the relevant counter after arrival and then delegates should go to the designated Bus Stop. The Journey will take approximately 1 hour, 30 minutes. The Bus will stop at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel Main Tower.

By Railway
1 hour, 10 minutes from New Tokyo International Airport via Narita Express (NEX) to Tokyo Station, then on to JR line to Shinagawa Station.

The weather should be pleasant with an average temperature during April of between 10 - 18 degrees Celsius.
topCurrency
The local Japanese Yen (JPY) Currency can be exchanged in Hotel for the following foreign Currencies: AUD, HKD, SGD,USD.
All other Currencies should be exchanged at Narita Airport, or before arrival.
topGolf (where individually required) - April 24
Due to the very high cost of playing Golf and difficulty of access, a formal Golf Day will not be arranged by the host. It may cost in the vicinity of USD 500.
However should attendees wish to play, then a game can be arranged if 3 or more persons are interested in playing. Attendees will need to indicate this on the Booking Form and depending on the number of players, a cost will be advised. This will include: Transportation to and from the course; Green Fees; Golf Buggy; Hiring of Clubs and Shoes. Food and drink will be an additional cost. As the Welcome Reception is also planned for the evening, arrangements will include departing at approx 7am and returning around 5pm.
