FAPAA 33rd Executive Council Meeting
Genting Malaysia June 8 - 11, 2006

Dear FAPAA Council Members and Delegates,

INTERIM MEETING NOTICE

Please note that FMFF Malaysia, as Host organiser for this year's meeting, has advised that the 33rd FAPAA ECM & AGM will be held as follows:

Location: GENTING Highlands, near Kuala Lumpur

Day / Dates:

Thursday	June 8	- Welcome Reception
Friday	June 9	- ECM Meeting Day 1
Saturday	June 10	- ECM Meeting Day 2 & AGM
Sunday	June 11	- Golf Tournament

A Draft AGENDA will be worked on in line with the standard format and your input with Agenda items is always welcome.

FMFF will be working on the SOCIAL PROGRAM in conjunction with their Committee and the Venue and will advise info in due course also.

REGISTRATION Info will be available via a Web page on the FAPAA Website with all details for on-line registration in MARCH. We will confirm when available.

All Meeting REPORTS ( non confidential) will also be posted to a special ECM Meeting Page on the FAPAA Website prior to the meeting for download and print by each Member. An email notice will be given when new reports are added.

This completes the interim advice.
